Whilst at Kirkby Stephen for the Stainmore 150th event over the Bank Holiday weekend. The NYMR's other 45 ton steam crane 330102 moved to Grosmont today for boiler work to be carried out.
It was extracted from its shed at Newbridge this morning.
Hopefully this will mean a full return to operational status.

David can you ask Grenville if he has detail or photos of the Snowploughs allocated to Mirfield in the 60s - 70s.
As this was one of the final allocation spots of the NER Steel Bodied ploughs dating from 1909.
Holbeck and Healey Mills were the other 2 places to house them.
