The breakdown crane arrived on site at Mountfield at 0945, 26th April and rerailing was completed by 1100. At 02:00 27th April ADRC96710 reported "available at Bescot" The Bescot crane got as far as Ashford where it was held pending confirmation that it was required on site at Mountfield ...

66739 derailed all wheels at Mountfield (Sussex) at 15:10, 25th April. A breakdown crane required on site to assist in rerailing the locomotive. The Bescot crane ARDC96710 arranged with booked departure time of 0518, 26th April 2012. Rerailing was not expected to be completed until at least 1600.

ADRC 96714 reported at Warrington en route to Bescot to replace ADRC 96715. Also ADRC 96710 normally located at Knottingley is reported as "Available at Worksop"!!!!!!!!!!

Currently reported as out of service at Bescot due to requiring repairs to bearings. It appears the plan is to move it to Wigan for these repairs and replace it at Bescot with either 96714 or 96713 currently at Wigan.
