Once restored to shiny static exhibit state, hopefully by October of this year for the "Giants of Steam" event, it surely qualifies as a Giant of the Steam age, the public viewpoint thereafter will be from the platform at Horsted Keynes station across to the adjoining sidings. No doubt on ...

Having received the set of DVD's referred to above, and after viewing, regrettably the Ford Bridge rebuilding film from 1930's was not included. However, I now know who to contact, and will do so requesting an authorised link to the film on this Forum.

Unfortunately a complaint to You Tube about use of some other vintage material on his channel led to voluntary closure of the whole channel including this interesting 1930's film.
