Just so you can put a face to a name I have posted this photo of my self, (the good looking one on the left) in my breakdown uniform less hv.

The significance of this photo is it was taken in Three Bridges Yard just after the Purley crash, this being the location the carriages from the crash were brought to be put into formation for the railway investigation, the Policeman was one of the escorts for the lorries transporting the carriages.(especially when armed with a crane)
