Hi, I have just joined the forum. My name is Steve Isherwood and I have just acquired a part built model of the GWR no 2 crane in 1 and 1/16" to the foot scale. I.e. 5" gauge. My aspiration is to complete the model although I expect it will take me at least 5 years and maybe more in my home workshop. I will be very happy to discuss the model with any of you and am particular interested in any detailed information or photographs on the full scale GWR no 2. (I have copies of the drawings thanks to Roger Cooke.) I'll make a thread in the modelling section and post a picture or two and post updates when I can. Thanks, Steve |
