 Post subject: Crane in use in S Wales

Are NWR starting to make more use of their own cranes rather than hiring in road cranes?
The attached clip shows a crane on site in S Wales after the incident yesterday 19-12-11

Location: Milton Keynes, city of roundabouts
96715 I believe, rail recovery crane used vice road due to geographical location and limits on road network.
In fact just like "the old days" recovery crane and scratched together wagons to load debris into.
