I've been working on an S&C renewal at Guildford today, using a 25 ton 'mini' Kirow from Volker Rail. Chatting to the guys, it seems Kirow have orders for 200 ton and enquiries into 250 and 300 ton versions.

When I asked what they intended to lift with a 300 ton crane, they replied "Bridges and complete locomotives"
I'm not sure if that's the UK market though.

As always when the word Kirow gets mentioned, the Clapham crane came up. The lads on site said they were involved in 'picking it up' with one Volker crane and one NR crane {Old Oak?}. I doubt that incident will ever be forgotten :P
