Two cranes summoned to 'the mother depot!' to deal with a derailed autoballaster wagon in the North Sidings, whilst these wagons are normally bottom discharge, initial reports quote side discharge following derailment.

Was it an Autoballaster or was it one of the side tipping ballast wagons?
That would give a side discharge.

A little humour on my part Bryan, autoballaster with (radio controlled) bottom discharge it was, rather than a side tippler, although angle of derailed vehicle allowed side discharge (wink)

A neat bit of humour, Rob... but I must admit that, like Bryan, I missed it at the time.
