Colas DRK81612 at Fisherton Tunnel Salisbury. 4th or 5th Nov 2021 https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/other/sa ... mKAX?pfr=1 What exactly it did I do not know as at least three vehicles came out on their own wheels ( two towards Salisbury and hence to Bristol under their own power ); and 59003 was used to try and pull out one other, with interesting visual exhaust scenes. |

I believe it was used to re rail vehicles on site, I’ve seen pictures of it fully rigged up straddling a 159 vehicle. Are the days of a dedicated breakdown crane/train numbered? |
