Two recovery cranes currently at Reading (10 & 15) due to lift over the weekend a tamper that derailed on trap points at Scours lane junction. Good views offered from scours lane itself, no times as when lifting will start although booked possession of GWML over the weekend will accomodate this recovery. Friday night has been quoted, exactly a week since the machine derailed.
update -~~lift scheduled for Saturday night~~ possession from 22:40

I am led to understand that the tamper is a write off due to twisted frames at the articulation point. Caused by the derailment.
