Cannot remember seeing this before.
Just came across this film elsewhere, from the 5 minute look at it just now there appears to be a lot of crane footage.

It actually appears to be a commercial video which has been posted to YouTube, though curiously the title sequence has been removed (perhaps in the hope that copyright infringement is overlooked).

The original video is mentioned in this thread.

The video I mentioned there, "British Steam Railway Disasters 1913 - 1967" has since that post been augmented by "British Train Disasters 1914 -1975" which is a very similar film featuring different incidents. I am not sure which of the two the YouTube one is, or if both are available there now!

Both collections are of great interest to the breakdown crane enthusiast and highly recommended.
