This weeks installment of Full Steam Ahead features a small piece on the KWVR Grafton Steam Crane. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... -episode-2 Around about the 42 min mark. According to the KWVR stock book, this machine was built in 1945 for the LNER, spent most of its life in the Wakefield area and was acquired from Crofton P.W. Depot. Seems like LNER apple green was the original livery. |
