There is another clip of this same crane on that website; and also one of a 7-ton Grafton; the works number of which is just hidden by someone standing on the footplating. Again one of a pair. These four cranes were Bridge Department cranes kept in a compound at Dematagoda. They were rarely visited bescause this compound was beyond the traverser served C&W shed, and enthusiasts usually didn't venture that far. Visible on googlearth. A date for these clips would be good ( as would the Grafton works numbers - next visitor please note )
