Hi Derek

You will need to know the specification of your wire rope before you contact anyone, so they are able to give you a price.
The Links below may help:

You could also try Bridon Ropes, now part of the Bridon Bekaert group. https://www.bridon-bekaert.com/en-gb

Bridon traditionally supplied to ropes to most British crane manufacturers and I believe supplied the ropes fitted not long ago to one of the R&R 45-tonners.

The specification of the rope (the length, material, size and number of strands, the way the strands are laid up, the core of the rope, and the end fittings) are all critical and unless you have the original specification to hand I would be inclined to try to get a rep from the rope supplier to take a look.

I don't think that the BDCA has anything which documents the specs for ropes for the CS 75 tonners, I am afraid.

We used Bridon for the new rope for our 12t Plasser Crane a few years back.
