More surprising is the conversion that was undertaken by Cravens on behalf of the War Office.
( Cravens order no. C.10063/1915, with provision of Gantry and Pile Driving Tackle )

This should reach a photograph.........

"calais-14-18-m.-briand-president-du-conseil-en-visite-au-camps-d-audruicq-ou-l-on-prodedait-au-montage-des-wagons-venant-d-angleterre-25-juin-1916-encadre"

If not search "" audruicq les personnalites calaisiennes ""

The Cravens is in the centre fitted with gantry and pile driving gear.
The crane on the right is a 20-25ton Cowans Sheldon.
