Probably the second worst accident involving a breakdown crane .....further to the disaster at Ilugun, near Abadan, Nigeria in 1952 when a R&R BDC was scotched, shunted up to; and ran away into the path of a passenger train.
If any one has a copy of the official report of the Ilugun accident I would like very much to see a scan.
