Post subject:  Breakdown crane - possibly for Bombay Port

This Breakdown crane was pictured in 1916 - possibly it was bought by the Bombay Port Commissioners, or the Great Indian Peninsular Railway, or the Bombay Baroda and Central India Railway.

It is a pity the yacht got in the way! What would that yacht hull have weighed?

It has some similarities to early Cowans Sheldon machines.
It appears to have a horizontal boiler and a tank to the side of the boiler gives it the appearance of a side tank locomotive. Both CS and R&R did use this arrangement.
Wheel arrangement not certain; 6W or 4-4W?.
