This auction notice appeared today.
Most of the rest of the items are coaching stock with a few wagons but there are 2 cranes listed.
No idea as to why this lot have come on the market. But wasn't there a dispute with the Australian Historical association?

If you go to Google Maps with this link:
https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Geijera+Pl,+Kingston+ACT+2604,+Australia/@-35.3191587,149.1553077,68m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x6b164c5459e4640f:0x23846de91ad4d93d!8m2!3d-35.3179096!4d149.153976
you can scroll around the site and zoom in on the 35 TON RANSOME RAPIER, but I was unable to find the Grafton.

The group indulged in some freight operations which come the financial downturn led to losses and a serious cash flow problem which was not fully explained to all concerned and when what was happening was realised by supervisors it was too late. I believe the winding up petition may be heard today.

There is an interesting blog here which hints at some very strange goings on:

The Grafton is a recent arrival there having been moved from Branxton in the last couple of years.

Updated Auction list

And the Ransomes Rapier Lot detail. Seems a bit newer than a 1915 build.

Still no sign of the Grafton.
